Alison from the Figs Byron has given me your name as our original wedding planner is no longer available for our date. And we’re hoping you’d be available for our big day from 3 pm-10 pm – we’d probably just need you for a couple of hours on the day, and am just waiting for Alison to let me know what her minimum hour requirement for a wedding planner is for on-the-day coordination. So far we have booked- Celebrant: Georgi Botham of Joy by Georgie (Maclean) Caterer: awaiting quote: Bellingen Pasta (Bellingen) Photography: Salt Atelier (Sydney) Bus hire: Steve’s Transport (Byron) With the rest to be organised in the next month or so. Just wondering what you would charge for your services. And of course if you’re available for on-the-day coordination
